The first bit of decent sun in a while, the first bit of offshore in recent memory and a cold tinnie to watch the sunset with!

A big shout out to all of you who turned out on Saturday for the anniversay at the shop, here's a couple of pics from the day.....

With the handplanes almost ready for their maiden voyage and the trailer almost in hand! Demo boards in the rack, new apparel waiting in the wings and just a couple of boards to polish....things are all falling into place for Saturday......hope to see you all here!

The Shop's 2nd year anniversary....

We'll be throwing a little shindig on the 18th of June to celebrate 2 years of the shop. It will be a factory open day, so you'll get the chance to wander round the Seed factory, check out some new boards, some art installations, a couple of preview surf vids and some new apparel.

There will also be discounts on custom boards and demo boards to take away and test drive!

New Seed website....

It's been months without a post as we've been gorging ourselves with warm water waves, html code and then back to seemingly endless cool water shoulder high, offshore days. I'm sure everyone's been getting there fill and will again over easter weekend, so here's a Happy Easter from us........and a bit of chocolate to enjoy!
Next Friday will deliver the fruits of our labour and it's even been made a bank holiday to give you plenty of time to feast your eyes!! ....Enjoy!

24hr comic etc....

In January and February 2011 24hr Comic Etc. challenges twenty four artists, illustrators, photographers and performers to take their work out of the studio and into the spotlight. Each participant has just twenty four hours to tell a story inspired by the local area in twenty four sections, creating a truly organic and spontaneous art project.

We got introduced to this one via Clare Howdle who's writing the vanity project and thought it would be good to share it with you lovely people!

The Parabola Project, a collection of short stories, poems and novel extracts from Cornwall's writing talent - out now!

It has been beautifully put together and is a great read, perfect Christmas gift/stocking filler and every penny goes back into the publishing pot to give the county's writers and imagemakers an opportunity to get their work in print.
